There is another sad news about a possibility of suicide happened again in Korean entertainment industry. International fans might not familiar with her name, yet she was a veteran actresses who still got so many jobs in her pocket till today, she is jeon mi sun. Unfortunately, today on june 29, 2019, she was reportedly found dead inside her bathroom, in a hotel room in Jeonju, north jeolla province.
A source from the North Jeolla fire department stated, “It was around 11:43 a.m. KST when they received the call from Jeon mi sun manager and were dispatched soon after. Jeon mi sun was not breathing, unconscious, had no pulse, and her heart was not beating when the rescuers arrived. The ECG (electrocardiogram) showed a state of asystole.
Jeon mi sun then forwarded to police for further investigation toward her death. Currently, the cause of death was assumed to be suicide by hanging herself.
The actress was at the hotel for Jeonju performance of the play “3 Days and 2 Nights with My Mother” (project) and after this unfortunate event, this project is cancelled.
Jeon mi sun has been act in a lot of high rating drama, with her versatility to play both a villain and protagonist role, a rich mother or a poor one. Her knowable role in drama including : the latest : he is psychometric, baker king kim tak gu, Chicago typewriter, love in the moonlight, six flying dragon, the moon embrace the sun, reply 1988 and many more.
It is such a great lost in k drama scene to lost a good actress who is so good to play the older character, and especially not caused by natural death. We offer our deepest condolences to Jeon Mi Sun’s family.
