It's my opinion when I saw how many debuted group already this 2019. Some might not disagree and have different opinion, but I bet you can't deny their talents. Let's see if you're agree with this ranking/choice:

BEST FEMALE ROOKIE GROUP FROM BIG AGENCY: ITZY

ITZY is a 5 members KPOP gir group from JYP entertainment, the same agency as The top girl group in Korea right now, TWICE. Being the sister group, it lead itzy with a lot of pressure and expectation.  Ex sixteen contestant and Izone's Chaeyeon's sister, chaeryeong debut in here. (Although somi left JYP so her rumored debut with itzy comes to a faint). Their youtube views is amazing, especially thinking them as a rookie, also they have won their first time music award win, making them the fastest kpop girl group to receive one. The members are: Yeji, Lia, Ryujin (dark horse), Chaeryeong, and Yuna. Most of the member is born in year 2000.

BEST FEMALE ROOKIE GROUP UNDERDOG: EVERGLOW

EVERGLOW is six members girl group under yuehua entertainment. Although it doesn't come from TOP 3 agency, but their quality as a new debuted girl group will surprise you, both in visual and talents. 2 of the members were participating in Produce 48, although got eliminated midway. People make discussion whether the fellow contestant, Choi Yena, who is under the same agency, Yuehua entertainment, will also be debuted in this same group or not. Choi yena won a spot on Produce 48, thus made her got 2.5 years contract with OTR to promote as Izone member. Only time will answer this question.

The visual and center member of Everglow is a Chinese member, Wang Yiren, who is also a maknae (youngest member). Her flexibility is top notch and closed friend with Izone member Sakura. The other member who is also participated in Produce 48 is Sihyun, who is said as "look alike Suzy", is a close friend with Eunbi. (Having the same group, Rumor) The other 3 members are: EU, Mia and Onda. Their Debut MV is BON BON Chocolate

BEST MALEROOKIE GROUP FROM BIG AGENCY: X1

X1 is a Kpop boygroup from CJ E&M through the Mnet 4th season, reality competition show Produce X 101. The group is composed of eleven members: Kim Yo-han, Kim Woo-seok, Han Seung-woo, Song Hyeong-jun, Cho Seung-youn, Son Dong-pyo, Lee Han-gyul, Nam Do-hyon, Cha Jun-ho, Kang Min-hee, and Lee Eun-sang. The group will debut under Swing Entertainment and will be co-managed by Stone Music Entertainment  they show a great start as yet another MONSTER ROOKIES, not to disappoint its predecessor  (their senior group, ioi, wanna one, izone who achieve a great successful impact). Their MV streamed more than 5 million in 24 hours, their album pre-order sales achieved almost 100k within a week.

BEST MALE ROOKIE GROUP UNDERDOG: ONEUS

ONEUS (and their other counter part ONEWE) is six members boy group from RBW, the same agency as popular girl group Mamamoo. It consists of six members: Ravn, Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong and Xion. Seoho, Keonhee and Hwanwoong were participated on popular mnet survival program produce 101, season 2. Although neither of them make to debut. But it doesn't make them least talented since RBW is popular as an agency who debut a POWERHOUSE VOCAL. Their debut song is "Valkyrie" although they have released a collaboration MV with OneWe, titled as "Last Song". The different between ONE US and ONE WE is that when ONE WE is more like a band male group, ONE US is your typical boy group who will dance while singing. Some of the members are fluent in other language, eg: Ravn (Japanese).

Was f(x)'s debut more impactful than Itzy's debut?

Pann: F(x) vs. Itzy, which had a bigger impact with their debut?

1. [+339, -657] F(x) had zero impact ㅋㅋㅋㅋ La Cha Ta and Nu Abo weren't hits and I think they barely won #1 with Pinocchio? People romanticize f(x)'s past because they're ignored as a group but they don't have a hit song except Hot Summer. Red Velvet's Red Flavor can beat any of their song.

2. [+332, -226] F(x)'s debut alone is the top of girl groups. They were a monster rookie and the trio visual of Victoria, Krystal, and Sulli was amazing.

3. [+176, -22] I can tell that these people aren't from f(x)'s generation ㅋㅋㅋㅋ F(x) had no impact. They're acknowledged now but before they got so much hate for their weird concepts. They didn't chart well, either.

4. [+116, -8] How old were you when f(x) debuted? So funny ㅋㅋㅋㅋ All f(x) was famous for was Sulli's visual. The rest of their stuff had no impact. Their debut song wasn't public-friendly, either. You should compare with Miss A instead. When Miss A's MV was released, the gif of Suzy went viral on both male-dominated and female-dominated sites. Their debut song was a huge hit which left a great impact. Even non-fans who weren't interested in idols liked and listened to Miss A. But f(x)? Krystal and Victoria took some time to get known for their looks but they weren't issued at debut. Itzy's Dalla Dalla is a big hit and Yeji is popular on female-dominated sites but the public doesn't know the members yet. Honestly, it's the responses of non-fans that show the actual popularity. I don't understand why the comments are romanticizing f(x)'s past.

5. [+86, -11] F(x)'s debut didn't really leave an impact, though? They were a girl group from SM and they were media-played a lot as Jessica's younger sister, Sulli's visual, and a boyish member but they weren't popular at debut. Nu Abo was infamous because of its lyrics. Pinocchio and Electric Shock were decent hits but they were never a 1st tier group. It's not until Rum Pum Pum Pum that they exploded with Krystal's popularity, tennis skirt, and the concept.

6. [+63, -7] Way to romanticize the past ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I don't hate f(x) but how can you compare them to Itzy ㅋㅋ I could understand if it's Miss A.
