All details about Shingeki no Kyojin that you should know

Let's talk about the amazing master piece of Attack on Titan (Japanese: 進撃の巨人 Hepburn: Shingeki no Kyojin, lit. "The Attacking Giants") both written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama.

Although the author has actually given a huge spoiler about the story in the anime ending scene, many fans didn't notice it at all. How amazing it is? This means that Isamaya sensei has planned all the story since the beginning (even on eps 1), and this revelation surprise many fans and praise the author as an amazing mastermind/author.

To those who wondering how a tree gave ymir titan powers, it was Yggdrasil tree which is an immense mythical tree that plays a central role in Norse cosmology, where it connects the Nine Worlds (guess how many titan shifters we have in this series)

According to Norse mythology, the entire world is in fact a tree at the center of the universe, Yggdrasil is a gargantuan living ash tree with branches extending above the heavens and a trunk strongly latched into the ground by three great roots and Yggdrasil tree is also called Tree of Life because it contains all the worlds and represents the cycle of birth, growth, death, and rebirth. So attack on titan basically follows Norse mythology, all credit goes to Rura for telling me about this.

The vikings believed in norse mythology and they believed this: "various forms of a creation myth are recounted, where the world is created from the flesh of the primordial being Ymir." the vikings are present in this chapter fighting the romans. in our history, the romans beat the vikings and invaded.

Eren is the embodiment of the primordial soul of our European ancestors raging against the injustice of forced extinction. He didn't ask for, nor did he start any of this, but he was born into this bleak world full of despair and hopelessness that wants him dead and his people genocided. Instead of resigning himself to the situation he knows that there is hope as long as there is at least one man who stands and fights against the tide, no matter how colossal the struggle. Eren wholeheartedly embraces this struggle and would take on the world alone if he had to, that's how strong his Will and conviction is. There is no fiber in his being that doubts what he has to do since this is the only rational option. Capitulation is eternal death. With an uncompromising and unapologetic fire in his heart to protect his people Eren stands strong as a bulwark that inspires and rallies his people. What we can learn from this is that each and every one of us can be an Eren in our own way and if we work together hope will spread, belief in ourselves will return, the lies and indoctrination will die, and victory will become an inevitability.

SnK is truly a phenomenal Manga with deeply inspiring characters, timeless wisdom and aesthetics that speak to the higher. Chances are thus high that the cultural marxist book-burners in the modern West will try to ban/censor this magnificent work of art.

Another important details that SnK also depict social pressure about how a girl is forced to be“kind” and “gentle” and “ladylike”, like Frieda said on the last episode. It’s the worst kind of selflessness, this messed up old fashioned morality where obedience was seen as a virtue of the highest order.

5 MANGA OR MANHWA RECOMMENDATIONS

Have too much spare time this weekend or holiday season? Well, it's time to read, a LOT! Here are several series of manga and manhwa that might got your attention. Together, armed with Jiwoo’s super powers and Kayden’s uber-smarts, they’re out to fight those forces who would let evil rule this world. 6. Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken

However, while succumbing to his injuries, a peculiar voice echoes in his mind, and recites a bunch of commands which the dying man cannot make sense of.

When Satoru regains consciousness, he discovers that he has reincarnated as a goop of slime in an unfamiliar realm. In doing so, he acquires newfound skills—notably, the power to devour anything and mimic its appearance and abilities. He then stumbles upon the sealed Catastrophe-level monster "Storm Dragon" Verudora who had been sealed away for the past 300 years for devastating a town to ashes. Sympathetic to his predicament, Satoru befriends him, promising to assist in destroying the seal. In return, Verudora bestows upon him the name Rimuru Tempest to grant him divine protection.

Reasons why boruto failed, although the predecessor is completely awesome (naruto)

I love naruto so much, I grow up reading this freakin manga... it’s a masterpiece, somewhat like harry potter, it gives me a new fantasy world, in this case, an interesting ninja world with chakra and ninjutsu. It’s original, fresh and new, not to forget how lovely the characters are and all that characters development, all that sad events and death. From the beginning and till the end, naruto is an interesting story, full packed with amazing battle of ninjas. Unfortunately, boruto, a series that follows after the ending of naruto can’t deliver justice to the original series. These are 5 reasons why I think boruto disappoints the reader / fans of naruto. My judgement about this manga is 6 out of 10, I almost want to dropped this since it’s that bad.

 1. The mangaka / author behind the great Naruto manga and boruto is different. While naruto is written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto, boruto is written by Ukyō Kodachi and illustrated by Mikio ikemoto. Unavoidable that with different head, the outcome will definitely differ. Although the story centered in a world of ninja, chakra, konoha and our beloved characters, it doesn’t feel the same.

 2. While naruto show us about the beauty of ninjutsu, boruto only focus on some ninja tech and some weird/alien power. In many fight, we barely saw anymore a character tried to make a seal, using some spectacular ninjutsu and outsmart the enemy with battle tactics.

 3. In naruto, it feels not this rush and we can witness the progress of our beloved main character, naruto, from zero to hero. Yet in boruto, we don’t get this chance. I mean, naruto battle some small fries at first (zabusa and haku) to a more bigger threat like gaara and pain, before he actually met some powerful demi god enemy like kagura.

 4. The characters aren’t just as appealing as original, and feels like the junior version of the original. Even worse, the name of the character isn’t original at all, boruto, really? And I haven’t complain about the design, it’s too similar with the first one, although I know they’re father and son... but naruto and minato (fourth hokage) are different, both the design and the characters/personality. And sarada? Oh my, the characters designs are half as good as the original series, naruto.

5. In boruto, many characters from original series get nerf so bad, especially the powerful duo, naruto and sasuke. It doesn’t even make sense anymore.
