Prosecution demands 10 year prison sentence for Kwon Hyuk Jun* for his crimes, He received the heaviest sentence of all of 5 people in the hearings. Other convicted are receiving:

- Choi Jonghoon 5 years
- Burning Sun MD "Kim" 10 years
- Employee "Heo" 5 years.

Choi Junghoon is exempt from military service, their drummer Yoon Kyeol is currently serving and the members will follow as soon as they get drafted. The people who were seen in chats discussing sexual assault released by the media had just had their 8th trial r rape, Seungri didn’t get called because he is not involved with this rape scandal.
This means if prosecution demands are accepted by the ruling, jung joon young will be jailed out on 2026 while choi jonghoon will be jailed out on 2024. They have been following a lot of trials to determine their involvement of the scandal, currently it’s their 9th trials, on 13 th november 2019. It was revealed during their first trial that Jung Joon Young, Choi Jonghoon and their acquaintances were charged with 10 cases of sexual assault and sexual harassment. Jung Joon Young and Choi Jonghoon were prosecuted for suspected violations of special laws regarding sexual assault crimes at the trial in the Seoul Central District with Judge Kang Sung-soo.
